As Gala İlaç ve Yazılım A.Ş. ("FuudUp"), we attach importance to the protection and privacy of information of users ("User") who benefit from our services. For this reason, we recommend that you read our Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") aims to inform users about how FuudUp uses the information it collects, users' responsibilities, and FuudUp's rules regarding the protection of confidential information.
1. Information We Collect
When you register with FuudUp and create a profile, certain information is collected for processes such as completing your membership registration, providing the services you request, and processing payments.
Users provide information to FuudUp when they want to create subscriptions, submit suggestions and complaints to FuudUp, or for other reasons. In this case, certain information such as users' names, contact information, payment information, request, suggestion, and complaint information is collected.
You can send messages, take photos and videos, and do much more in our application. We call all these things you can do in our products "actions." We collect your actions in our products and information such as passwords, email, and phone numbers when creating a profile, filling out forms, or contacting us.
If you choose to upload or import your contacts from a device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) (e.g., by synchronizing your address book), we also collect information such as the names and email addresses or phone numbers of these contacts.
We collect information about you and make inferences based on others' actions.
We collect and receive information from the different devices you use (phone, tablet, computer, etc.), about these devices, and about how you use them. Examples include what you're doing on your device, such as whether our app is in the foreground or whether your mouse is moving (which can help distinguish people from bots). Signals from the device, information shared through the device such as GPS, camera access, photos, etc., are collected. Information collected from the network you're connected to and your connection, including IP address, cookies, and similar technologies is collected.
2. Our Purposes for Using Information
FuudUp uses the information collected about users primarily for the purposes stated below:
- To provide users with a personalized service experience
- To communicate with users, finalize users' requests and complaints
- To conduct finance and accounting processes related to payments
- To promote our services; to conduct advertising and campaign processes
- To improve/develop our products and services based on user feedback
- To identify and resolve systemic problems in the environments where we provide our services; to conduct information security processes
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
The information you provide to FuudUp may be shared with third parties in line with the realization of the stated purposes. For example, information sharing with companies providing the relevant service may be necessary to receive technical support services. In this context, your information may be shared with our business partners and suppliers from whom support is received in the service provision process.
Additionally, when we need to fulfill our legal obligations, we may be required to share your information in line with the requests of authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.
Apart from this, the information provided by users will only be used for the provision of the service and in line with the purposes stated in the relevant texts, and will not be shared with third parties otherwise.
4. Storage and Security of Your Information
Your information is stored securely for the period required by our collection purpose. If there is a specific retention period determined in the legislation, full compliance with this period is ensured.
FuudUp takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the systems, servers, and databases where your data is stored against cyber attacks and other security threats.
The user accepts that they are entirely responsible for securely storing the access information (username, password, etc.) they use while benefiting from the services provided by FuudUp, protecting it against third-party access, and ensuring its confidentiality.
5. Accuracy and Currency of Your Information
The accuracy and currency of the information provided by users is the responsibility of the users. Your information must be transmitted to us in accordance with reality and updated when there is a change in your information. You can update the information you have shared with FuudUp at any time by calling FuudUp customer service.
When you provide information to FuudUp on behalf of another person, you are deemed to have undertaken that this information is correct and that you have the right to share the information with FuudUp/are authorized in this regard.
6. Redirecting to Third-Party Links
FuudUp may redirect to third-party sites or services outside its own business. When you click on any of these links, the privacy policies and terms of use of the third party you visit will apply. FuudUp cannot be held responsible for the policies and practices of these third parties.
7. Changes Made to the Privacy Policy and Responsibility
FuudUp has the right to change, temporarily suspend, or completely remove the services, content, visuals, and other elements it provides without prior notice. Additionally, FuudUp has the authority to make changes and updates to this Privacy Policy. Users are obliged to follow the current version of the policy.
FuudUp cannot be held responsible for damages and costs that may arise directly or indirectly due to errors, interruptions, delays, viruses, system failures, or similar technical malfunctions that may occur in electronically provided services.
